You’ve talked to at least 10 potential customers

Nothing replaces direct conversations. Reading market reports or watching competitor demos helps, but it does not answer the most important question. Does this problem exist strongly enough in someone’s daily life that they care about a solution?

If you have spoken to at least ten potential customers and the conversations felt consistent rather than scattered, that is a meaningful signal. You heard similar frustrations repeated in different words. You noticed patterns in how people described their workarounds. You saw emotion in the problem, not polite curiosity.

You’ve identified a pain point, not just “a nice to have”

You have a rough version, an MVP, ready to show

An MVP is not a polished product. It is a usable expression of your idea.

If you have a rough version that allows users to experience the core value, you are closer to launch than you think. It might be incomplete. It might break occasionally. That is acceptable. What matters is that it demonstrates the problem and the solution in action.
